DoubleTake has long been recognized as the most powerful merge/purge product available for the desktop. The DMSI staff have taken this package one step further. We've built utilities to interface DoubleTake with your web site shopping cart export files. In this way you can automatically match and preview your shopping cart orders to see if these customers are already in your database (and avoid re-keying them).
TeleMagic - www.TeleMagic.com
TeleMagic uses a flexible 3-level relational database approach to database marketing. With three levels, TeleMagic can link multiple detail records (e.g., orders) to contacts, which in turn can be linked to organizations. DMSI uses this software very successfully in business-to-business installations.
