Background: ProThera is an emerging firm in northern California that provides an integrated line of dietary supplements. ProThera needed an application that could convert customer orders for varying products and quantities into a specialized data format. The converted format would then be used by the ProThera packaging system to fulfill the customer orders.

DMSI Solution: DMSI recognized that 100% accuracy was needed for dietary supplement order processing, so we went above and beyond the original specifications of the project. Our MS Access program was designed to automatically check for common "human error" problems and provide warnings before processing. Finally, it created the necessary export data format so that the packaging system could complete the order for the customer. As a result, ProThera has the comfort of knowing customer orders are processed with complete accuracy, and is able to turn around orders in hours, rather than days or weeks.
